To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6cc's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 6cc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 6cc's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information by 6cc is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 6cc. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the 6cc Privacy Policy.
6cc processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, object to, and request deletion of your personal data held by 6cc, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require 6cc to retain certain data.

Upon account closure for cause, 6cc reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including any pending withdrawals and bonus funds, without obligation to pay. Where the closure is for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method following satisfactory AML review.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 6cc support. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining verified real-money balance after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the Player following KYC clearance.
